Before it’s too late

Take the time to voice your emotions

Be it words, touch or written

Unspoken truths should not be locked up

Voice your love, hurt and sorrow

For you know not your tomorrow

Days are short and we all must face

An empty house or a solo embrace

Someday our life will come to an end

Did you give it your all

Or did you quiet a friend

Moments are given in time for a purpose

Be in the moments, let emotions surface

In great times of trial you think you can’t make it

You just lose yourself and let others take it

 You have a voice and it is real

Open up, allow yourself to feel

Although this life is short on Earth
